National Yoga Day At Global Indian International School

This program led by a single facilitator, the event saw the participation of 200 students who came together to celebrate the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga. The session included a variety of yoga postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), and meditation techniques, aimed at promoting mindfulness, well-being, and inner peace. The event fostered a sense of unity and focus, aligning with the global initiative to encourage a healthy and balanced lifestyle through yoga.
